Associates:  Nelsen Funeral Home is looking for service oriented individuals who enjoy working with people.  Greeters and associates are:

  • Caring individuals who say a pleasant word to those entering and leaving our Chapels.
  • A source of information for those asking questions or seeking proper etiquette.
  • A source of support and assistance to family members, who have suffered a loss.
  • Assistants to our Directors in all of the details relating to visitations and funeral services.

Transfer Personnel:  Transfer personnel are responsible for performing initial transportation of the deceased to the funeral home.  Evening and night shifts are available.  Schedules are flexible and perfect for individuals desiring part-time positions.
